At clout, we believe influence is a universal power—one we all possess. Too often, that power is overlooked, diminished, or abandoned. In some cases, wielded irresponsibly. Our mission is to reclaim and redirect clout for good.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research and strategy organization, clout equips current and future leaders from marginalized communities with the tools, evidence, and support needed to advance equity, upward mobility, and retention. Through innovative leadership development, mentorship, and community building, we help leaders harness their influence to drive meaningful impact.
