CLOUT (Collective Leaders of Universal Thought), is a nonprofit research and strategy organization that provides evidence and tactics to support upward mobility, retention and equity for those from underrepresented populations. CLOUT is also dedicated to enhancing the influence and impact of these current and future leaders by way of innovative leadership development curriculum.
At CLOUT we believe that true leadership knows no boundaries and that the power of collective thought can transcend differences to address the world's most pressing challenges.
