Nicci has helped hundreds of leaders across various industries transform behavior, elevate mindset, embrace empathy,
build inclusive culture, and reimagine possibilities.
Nicci possess more than 15 years in higher education leadership.
She currently serves as an Special Assistant to the President at
Saint Louis University. In this role she serves as an active catalyst for constructive and collaborative change, helping to propel the University to be a global Jesuit institution that is student- and patient-centered, research-driven and mission-focused, working alongside staff, faculty, students and the people of St. Louis to re-imagine, transform and unify the city. This includes leading the research, planning, launch and management of assigned strategic projects in collaboration with University stakeholders.

Nicci toured with the inspirational theatrical play, Lord Knows I’ve Tried (MKC Productions).
She served as lead producer and on-air talent for a popular community affairs radio show on ClearChannel (now iHeart Media).
Nicci was host of Music Central Videos, Gospel Xpressions and the Suite Soul Spot Concert Series, all featured in St. Louis, MO.
She was selected as the host for Reel Entertainment, a Charter Communications Public Access Entertainment Show.
